Who Is Eligible for LINKS Services?
The LINKS Program offers support for adults with intellectual disabilities. To qualify, an individual must have one or more of the following: an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis, an intellectual disability diagnosis, and/or an IQ score of 70 or below.
Our LINKS Services Include
Home and Community Habilitation Services
Provides individuals the opportunity to develop and maintain essential life skills within the home and community setting, with continuous support and progress monitoring.
Companion Services
Focuses on enhancing the health and safety of individuals within their home by providing companionship and assistance as needed.
Home-Maker Chore Services
Assists individuals in maintaining a clean and sanitary household environment, which promotes overall well-being.
Already Have Services Through a Waiver?
If you already have services through the Person/Family Directed Support Waiver, Community Living, or Consolidated Waivers, contact your Supports Coordinator and ask about using DON Services as your provider of services.
